It is rather disheartening that in non-Arabic speaking countries, many Muslim children (and adults too!) are not familiar with the Islamic calendar. Other than the observance of Ramadan and the celebration of the two Eids, the Islamic calendar remians largely in obscurity and rarely mentioned. Yet there is a lot to learn by becoming acquainted with the Islamic calendar; our Islamic heritage, lessons from the past, and the life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). 

The goal of these posters and companion printable workbook is to fill this gap. The posters are simple, colorful and designed to appeal to children.
